M70 YUGOSLAVIAN WITH FOLDING STOCK

The AK-47, AK in Russian Avtomat Kalashnikova, the automatic Kalashnikov named by its inventor Mikhail Kalashnikov and the year 1947 for when the last prototype was done introduced to the Soviet Army.  The AK47 is a selective-fire (semi-automatic and automatic), gas-operated 7.62×39mm assault rifle and it is the most varied, most popular and widely used assault rifles in the world because of its substantial reliability under harsh conditions, low production costs compared to contemporary Western weapons, availability in virtually every geographic region and ease of use.  In 2004 it has been estimated that out of about 500 million firearms worldwide, approximately 100 million belong to the Kalashnikov family, three-quarters of which are AK-47s.  It has been produced by almost every firearm manufacturing country in the world either as an exact copy or with variants that use the design or shooting mechanism such as the Israeli Galil assault rifle and many others.

We currently have available the Yugoslavian Zastava M70 variant made in the 1980’s with folding stock including 4 magazines, cleaning kit, pouch and sling.  The Yugo Zastava M70 is considered the best built AK variant.  As you can see they are packed in their original crates and are in very good condition.  Bayonets are also available with the rifles but not for all.
